Changes in the Gander Oceanic & Domestic FIRs, WEF 29 MAY.

1. INTRODUCTION
WEF 29 MAY 0901Z, the following changes become effective in the Gander Oceanic and Domestic FIRs:
— Gander Oceanic Transition Area (GOTA) established in the NW’ern part of the Gander Oceanic FIR;
— New Oceanic Entry/Exit Points (OEPs) inside the GOTA and, south of the GOTA, inside the Gander Domestic FIR/CTA (all boundary REPs from LOACH to URTAK deleted);
— Replacement or deletion of inland REPs in Gander Domestic FIR/CTA, south of FOXXE;
— NAR West and Eastbound Common Portions updated, see pages A - F, after page 2.
2. FLIGHTPLANNING
— Flights (v.v.) via the GOTA and Montreal CTA at or north of LAKES shall plan via a 40° W coordinate, a 50° W coordinate, a newly established OEP, a Montreal CTA boundary fix and an inland REP (BEZED, DUTUM, TEFFO, FEDDY, JELCO, RODBO, LOPVI or LAKES).
— Flights (v.v.) via the GOTA or Gander Domestic FIR/CTA shall plan via a 40° W coordinate, a 50° W coordinate and a newly established OEP.
— Additionally, replacing OM C1 (General ROM) 7.2-4.6, south of new ALTOD, the following ’fix pairing’ has to be planned between 50° W and the given OEP (v.v.):
